CONSENT PURSUANT TO Leg. Decree No. 196/03 The personal data that are sent will be used by Hotel Houston with full respect to the Legislative Decree No. 196, dated June 30 2003 (New Privacy Code). Data collection will be carried out following the methods and limits indicated by the abovementioned decree, for marketing and promotional purposes. The collected data will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties. Article 7 of Leg. Decree No. 196/03 (Rights of the data subject) recognises the data subject's right of access to his own data at any moment to request its modification or deletion, or to oppose to its use by writing to the address mentioned above. I authorise the Hotel to keep the data in its database and to send me information, advertising or promotional material regarding the activity developed and the promotional products, in respect of the Italian Data Protection Act No. 675/96, dated December 31, 1996.
