The historical quarter is 5 minutes away by bus:
• The Domus del Chirurgo (Surgeon's House), built during Roman times and recently restored, is open to the general pubic
• The Gambalunga Palace that hosts the library and the town picture gallery
• The Tiberius' bridge and the Arch of Augustus
• The Tempio Malatestiano, the Malatesta castle
• The City Museum and the Federico Fellini Museum.
If you want to travel by car, inland offers a great number of places to visit:
• San Marino, the oldest republic in the world
• City of Urbino, full of history. Birthplace of famous painter Raffaello Sanzio and declared world heritage by the UNESCO in 1998
• Gardara castle that was immortalised by the tragedy of Paolo and Francesca of Rimini
• San Leo, whose jails hosted the esoteric alchemist Alessandro, earl of Cagliostro
• Other beautiful and fascinating cities to visit are: Montebello, Santarcangelo, Verucchio, Montefiore, etc…

The elegant shops in "Marina Centro" or in Corso d´Augusto offer a shopping experience that follows the latest trends. Very large shopping centres that offer fans of young and informal shopping lots of shops selling clothes, accessories and electronic materials alternating with boutiques, bookshops and elegant jewellery shops.

Those who want to have fun have found the right place in Rimini that is full of clubs, pubs, discos and parties. There are also an abundance of theme parks just a few minutes' drive away, and a wide choice of sports including sailing, windsurfing, diving, beach volley and beach tennis for those who love the sea and the beach, horse hacking, trekking and the green golf course lawns for nature lovers, not forgetting the motor world with the karting tracks and the Misano World Circuit offering race car driving courses.

OUR LOCATION
In a privileged location among the Rimini 3-star hotels, Hotel Houston is 30 metres away from the beach, and a few minutes away from the Rimini Trade Fair (the bus and shuttle service stop is less than 20 metres from the hotel). The 4 and 8 bus lines take you from the railway station to stop 13 at Rivabella (it is less than 50 metres from the hotel). The brand-new Rimini dockyard is 5 minutes by bike. Near the hotel, there are also several restaurants and pizza parlours to spend the evening. During summer evenings you can amuse yourself by walking along the coastline surrounded by shops, ice cream parlours, attractions for children and fun activities.
The hotel offers customer bikes to ride around Rimini downtown: an entire city to discover!
HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL:
By car
Coming along the motorway, take the Rimini Nord exit, continue towards the Exhibition Centre for 2 km. Continue towards Rivabella, Hotel Houston is at Viale Timavo 3. Distance from Rimini Nord motorway tollbooth: 9 km (approximately 12 minutes).

By plane
From the “Federico Fiellini” airport in Rimini Catch bus n.9 for the Main Station. At the station take bus n.4 or n.8 (opposite the station) and get off at stop n.13 (the journey takes about 25 minutes). A 100 metre walk will take you to the Hotel Houston located in Viale Timavo, 3.
From the “Luigi Ridolfi“ airport in Forlė
Take the shuttle bus to the Forlė Railway station and catch one of the many trains to Rimini. Once you are at Rimini, take bus n.4 or n.8 (opposite the station) and get off at stop n.13. A 100 metre walk will take you to the Hotel Houston located in Viale Timavo, 3
By train
From the Main Station go to the stop in Piazzale. Cesare Battisti (opposite the station) and catch bus n.4 or n.8 (going to Rivabella/Viserba) and get off at stop n.13 (the journey takes about 15 minutes). A 100 metre walk will take you to the Hotel Houston located in Viale Timavo, 3.
